Red Circle is a full-service advertising agency with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality and gaming industries. RCA believes in giving you a full circle experience, from data-driven insights all the way through breakthrough executions. Red Circle was recognized as one of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies by Inc. magazine and one of the "Success Stories of the Year" by Twin Cities Business.


I was tasked with designing an identity system that covered all of their branches from the agency itself to RECON and Full Circle, their proprietary software offerings. It was important to RCA, that everything worked together seamlessly from a visual perspective. To solve this challenge, I developed a modular identity system that provided enormous amounts of flexibility, yet retained a consistent visual language.

The icons can interact with the logotype in any number of orientations, as long as the placement follows the grid. This allows each logo to shift depending on where it is being used.

For the website, we wanted it to be simple and extremely bold. Clean, modern, and in your face.

One of most striking visual elements of the site is the treated photography. It’s abstract, vibrant, a little weird, and eye-catching.
